Booking Information
3-night minimum stay operates throughout the year.
Low season – October to Easter: £200 per night.
High season – Easter to September: £250 per night.
Christmas/New Year: £250 per night.
7 night minimum, check-in/out any day.
Maximum two guests, age over 12.
Check in: after 3pm
Check out: by 10am
Well behaved pets are welcome, at an additional fee of £40 per stay.
Included in your Booking
Complimentary breakfast included: Milk, orange juice, cereals, breakfast bars, fruit, tea bags, coffee and coffee pods.
Towels, bed linen, electricity, firewood, wi-fi, tea-towels, washing-up liquid, laundry powder, cleaning materials, salt & pepper, cooking oil and some sugar.
Booking Terms
Cancellations & Refunds:
- More than 30 days before the check-in date: full refund of the rental fee.
- Between 14 and 30 days from check-in: 50% refund
- Less than 14 days from check-in: no refund
- If the stay has to be cut short: no refund.
Damages Deposit: there is no damages deposit, but damages might be charged at the host discretion, please see T&Cs.
No smoking or vaping inside the property.
